Meet Dr. Brett Jones, DC
Dr. Brett Jones, DC graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2007, receiving the Presidential Scholar Award and induction into the International Chiropractic Honor Society.Since graduating, he has pursued extensive postgraduate training, with a focused approach through NUCCA and upper cervical chiropractic, alongside mechanical impulse instrument adjusting, traditional manual adjustments and soft tissue approaches. With nearly two decades in practice, Dr. Jones remains committed to continuing education, researching new approaches to the assessment and treatment of pain and continually expanding the range of care available to his patients. His philosophy is straightforward: understand the problem first, then choose the right approach for the individual — whether that means precise upper cervical care, gentle instrument-assisted treatment, traditional manual adjusting, soft tissue work, or a combination of techniques. The goal is simple: reduce pain, restore function and help you get back to what you want to do.

New to Chiropractic?
NOT ALL CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS ARE THE SAMEIf you're new to chiropractic care, you may picture an adjustment as a quick movement that produces a "cracking" or "popping" sound. While traditional manual adjusting is one option, many chiropractic techniques involve little or no force and no cracking at all.Dr. Jones is trained in a range of techniques and can tailor treatment to your condition, comfort level and how you respond to care. If you prefer gentle, low-force treatment, there are several options available. If you prefer traditional manual adjustments and respond well to them, Dr. Jones can provide those too.NUCCA
A precise, low-force upper cervical technique focused on the relationship between the head and upper neck. Specific digital x-rays are taken to measure the exact angle that area of the spine needs to be adjusted. The adjustment does not involve twisting, cracking or popping of the neck.Orthospinology
Another upper cervical approach that uses precise measurements to guide treatment. Adjustments are performed to the C1 vertebrae using a gentle specialized instrument WITHOUT traditional neck manipulation.Neuromechanical Impulse / Activator Methods®
Low-force approaches that use handheld instruments to deliver quick, controlled and targeted impulses to specific joints to restore motion and reduce the brains pain response to that area. There is no twisting or traditional "cracking" involved.Diversified Technique
A traditional hands-on chiropractic technique using specific manual adjustments to improve joint movement and function. These are the adjustments that may produce the familiar popping sound some patients associate with chiropractic care. The right technique is the one that works for you.
Your preferences matter. If there is a type of adjustment you particularly like — or one you would rather avoid — let Dr. Jones know. Treatment can be adapted to both your clinical needs and your comfort.

CUSTOM ORTHOTICSYour feet form the foundation for how you stand, walk and move. When foot mechanics aren't working well, the effects can sometimes be felt beyond the feet — contributing to discomfort in the ankles, knees, hips or lower back.Paradigm Chiropractic offers custom orthotics designed specifically for your feet and the way you move. Following an assessment, Dr. Jones can determine whether orthotics may be beneficial as part of your overall treatment plan. The process involves talking a custom impression of your feet into a soft foam mold with the patient in a non weight bearing position. This allows us to capture the foot in its natural position, and then build an orthotic that is best suited for support and function.Custom orthotics may help with:• Foot and heel pain
• Plantar fasciitis
• Arch support and foot mechanics
• Ankle and knee discomfort
• Lower-body alignment and stability
• Comfort during work, walking and physical activityINSURANCE COVERAGECustom orthotics are covered by many extended health insurance plans. Coverage and requirements vary by provider and individual policy, so we recommend checking your benefits before ordering.CONTACT US to learn more about custom orthotics or to book an assessment.
